Al-Mutawakil Furniture offers a 14-day return policy, in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection laws. This applies from the date you receive the product to the date you request a return.

Return Terms

To be returned, the product must meet the following conditions:

It must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.

The product must not be installed or fastened.

The original packaging must be intact.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

We encourage you to inspect your furniture upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can quickly assess and resolve the issue.

For furniture that requires assembly, please check all parts after assembly. If any parts are missing or defective, please contact us before beginning assembly.

Non-returnable items

Some furniture items are not eligible for returns, including:

Custom made furniture or special orders.

Items that have been assembled, installed, or used.

Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

Discounted items and gift cards are non-returnable.

To exchange a piece of furniture, you must first complete a return. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refund
